With the first edition of the Arab and African Youth Platform kicking off on Saturday, the director of Aswan and Nubia antiquities, Abel Moneim Saeed, stated that all of Aswan’s archaeological sites such as Philae, Abu Simbel, Edfu and Kom Ombo temples will be open for free for guests attending the event.
An estimated 1500 attendees are said to be participating in this year’s Arab and African Youth Platform, that will take place under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
