Cairo and Alexandria were chosen among 80 cities around the world for Paris’ Three Choirs International Short Film Festival this June. The festival’s 21st edition will count as the fifth year for Egypt as a host. According to Egypt Today, the festival organizes three different competitions for 150 films. These films are chosen from almost 3000 international films.
A local competition will take place at the British University in Egypt for Best Film Award. The award is worth LE 20,000. The university is cooperating with Three Choirs’ official representative, Reem Lotfi Saad, to manage the local competition alongside the festival.
