The group recently publicized their revamped turning point when they announced their new commercial trade name “OLA Energy” taking over all of their outlets and products, whilst still keeping true to their lineage and history. Their new identity ultimately reflects their strengths and successes in providing unparalleled services.
The launch of OLA Energy’s new identity in Egypt, took place during an exclusive ceremony attended by Eng. Ahmed Hossam El Din, Deputy Minister of Supply and Internal Trade for Internal Trade Affairs, senior officials of the OLA Energy group headed by Mr. Mazen Bin Ramadan (Chief Executive Officer), Eng. Mesbah El Beshti ( General Manager), and Mr. Marimi Kashim (Regional Manager East Africa), Government body representatives and industry officials from the oil and automotive fields.
Mr. Mazen Bin Ramadan, Chief Executive Officer of Libya Oil Holding Group, announced the unprecedented support the new company name has received, confirming that their shareholders are pleased with the consistent innovation and performance the Group has offered throughout their years of service.
“The board of directors, higher management and employees are inspired by the business identity revamp and the prospects of growth and value it brings about. We always aim to meet the highest international quality standards,” he adds.
The new brand name is symbolic and representative of the Group’s solid vision, always seeking to cater to the ever changing demands of consumers and market needs. The Group aims to significantly improve their offerings through the development and modernization of new services, whilst continuing expansion plans and a commitment to economic development. By injecting more than 500 million Egyptian pounds during the next five years, OLA Energy aspire to contribute to the provision of more than 30 thousand jobs, both directly and indirectly.
To meet with their ambitious growth plans and increasing their local market share, OLA Energy have decided to set up their first storage warehouse in Alexandria. With substantial investments in the industrial and logistics field, OLA Energy has managed to invest in manufacturing mineral oils through the OPSBA oil mixing plant in Alexandria, with the highest international quality certification, providing mineral oils to the local market as well as other neighboring African countries.
