Almost four months after the commencement of Flat6Labs Cairo’s fall 2019 cycle, and filtering applicants from over 1200 applications, eleven promising startups are set to graduate on December 4.
These startups are set to launch their businesses to the general public, combining ideas from various sectors that include health tech, home automation, management consulting, digital solutions and other industries that aim to solve modern day problems.
The Demo Day will also be a RiseUp Summit Satellite event, top government officials, experts, investors, mentors, influencers from the region and press will be attending the event to share the graduation festivities of these bright startups.

The eleven startups are AION, Axon, BeXel, Consulting Pad, Curotrip, Fridge, HOVO, Makwa, ShipHaly, Talents Arena and Wulit.
Flat6Labs are a regional startup accelerator that supports startups that are empowered and driven by technology across different industries, to foster their needs and invest in them.
The graduating teams worked on improving their product-market fit and increasing their customer traction with the support and monitoring of Flat6Labs Cairo. They received around 120 hours of coaching sessions and rigorous training on topics ranging from financial modeling to growth hacking.
These aspects were supplemented with weekly one-on-one mentorship sessions to support these entrepreneurs to develop their companies, in order to enhance and make them sustain their performance. Not only did the teams manage to inspire and impress leaders, industry experts and entrepreneurs that have visited the cycle program, but also they managed to inspire each other and the company itself.

AXON, for example, is a medical platform that saves organisations and individuals up to 80% on medical and wellness services through one consolidated annual membership. While, ShipHaly is an online platform that connects travelers to shoppers by offering a secure, seamless and affordable shopping experience.
Also, Wuilt is a website builder that establishes multi-lingual websites, in less than 10 minutes; and Talents Arena is an online technical hiring platform, which enables companies to hire the best technical talents in 14 days or less.
All of these startups support the role of Flat6labs in enhancing and supporting the eco-system, and they will also help in providing solutions to businesses and individuals, which will eventually help in the growth and sustainability of the economy.
