Whether they are bookworms or not, all these people gather each year at one place for one sake, their love for the annual tradition of the Cairo International Book Fair. This year, in the 53rd edition, we paid the fair a visit and we’re here to tell you all about it.
What to know about the Cairo Book Fair?
The 53rd edition of the Cairo International Book Fair, inaugurated by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and organized by the ministry of sports and youth Aka – I am A Volunteer – program.
This year, the Book Fair took its location at Egypt’s International Exhibition Center, under the title ‘Egypt’s Identity – Culture and the Question of the Future.’
Cairo International Book Fair witnessed a vast expansion in the presented categories of published books, novels, and research papers. This all came in parallel with holding a busy schedule of workshops, talks, enterprise and ministry panels.
A New Perspective Visit
What really shined clearly during our 925 visit was the well-organized system in which the Book Fair was handled. The system turns out every year to be a better version than the last one. This happened at the hands of the youthful volunteers.
“Choosing to be part of such a massive event added a lot to my personal and professional skills. The idea itself is an additional element in our life experience. We came here with our full at our discretion, to obtain the targeted experience”, a volunteer elaborated.
Whether you are a volunteer, publisher, a sales outlet official, or whatever position someone may occupy, a prevailed belief will always follow the idea of being part of a cultural meeting place for all generations.
Would you choose to convert your 925 life, like their ones? If you can’t make it this way, we encourage you to give it a visit till the 7th of February, and grab as much as you can from the fun knowledge!
