Whether Comedy or Drama: Best Performances This Ramadan

There is that type of artist that never fails to impress their audience with their one-of-a-kind performances.

This year, we made you a list of artists who occupied the top ranks once again this Ramadan:

Mohamed Salaam

Who don’t know the famous Hadres? Actually his own line of memes is used since the first season of El Kebeer!

The character that we loved deep inside; reaching a state of memorizing the role!

Mohamed Salaam never stopped to impress us with his acting skills that proofed how professional he is.

We loved how Salaam took his right of appreciation from the audience’s recognition this year and we can’t wait to see how he will rock the upcoming seasons whether in comedy or drama.

Menna Shalaby

Who can reserve her place on the top performances of the season from the first few episodes rather than Menna?

Menna Shalaby came in the second half of the Ramadan season to refresh the high expectations for the breathtaking performances this year with her leading role in Betloaa El Rooh.

She managed to put all us at her place, feel the suffering she passes by and thinking out-loud for a solution with her.

Rahma Ahmed

A fresh face? We think she exceeded this state! Marboha Aka Rahma, proved that a new character doesn’t mean neither a compensation nor a copying for a previous one.

We all loved Hadeya played by the talented Donia Samir Ghanem, yet we loved the opportunity given to Rahma. She managed successfully to create her own line and pave the way to an updated comedy genre.

Sherif Salama

The Egyptian version of international villains. Playing a role; knowing deep inside the the wave that it will certainly meet is not an easy thing.

Sheif Slama came back on track with this complicated character “Seif” in Faten Amal Harby, and made it to the best outcome.

Ahmed Ameen

Who can perform all genres successfully rather than our favorite Ahmed Ameen!

This year, Ameen surprised us once again after his role in Ma Waraa El Tabeaa with the character of El Sheikh Arafat in Geziret Ghamam; showing a state of substantiation that a good actor can do the comedy and drama both with all professionalism.

Nelly Karim

Natural, to the point and extremely expressive! This was how the audience described Nelly Karim’s role in Faten Amal Harby, who managed to play the role of a battered woman with brilliance and credibility.

We can’t wait to see what’s next with the story of Faten, who caught our hearts through the breathtaking performance of Nelly.

Those artists who deliver a heartfelt messages to the world through their roles, and in order for the message to reach the hearts of the audience, a great performance is the criterion for a true success.

We are confident that these characters have been engraved in our hearts and minds, and you, too, who is the most liked performance  this year in Ramadan?
