President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi attended the annual Egyptian family Iftar, which was attended by a large number of public figures and citizens, heads of political parties, members of the House of Representatives, Senate, and ministers.

President Sisi stated during his speech at the ceremony that while the challenges have been great in recent years, our successes have been even greater.
Presidential decisions:
During the ceremony, President Sisi announced a number of presidential decisions and government assignments pertaining to dealing with the global economic crisis, providing assistance to Egyptian wheat farmers, and ways to settle national industries as:
- Assigning the government the mission of holding an international press conference to announce the Egyptian regulations related to the global economic crisis.
- Assigning the government and all concerned agencies to enhance all aspects of support provided to wheat farmers in Egypt by increasing the incentives provided to farmers, whether material or service, in order to achieve an increase in wheat self-sufficiency
- Increased support for the private sector in the coming phase, will see it play an important role in developing the economy and providing the necessary environment to do so.
- Launching an initiative to support and localize national industries so that they can rely on local products by enhancing the role of the private sector in expanding the industrial base of large and medium-sized businesses.
- Reactivating the work of the Presidential Pardon Committee, which was formed as one of the outcomes of the National Youth Conference, on the condition that it expands its work base in collaboration with relevant government agencies and civil society organizations.
- Assigning the ministries, institutions, and agencies concerned to continue the work of exhibitions that contributed to the provision of basic commodities to citizens at the governorate level of the Republic, to provide all basic commodities to citizens at subsidized prices until the end of this year.
- Assigning the management of the National Youth Congress, in coordination with all political parties and youth, to conduct a political dialogue on the priorities of national action during the current stage and to submit the results of this dialogue to him personally, with a promise to attend the final stages of it.
- Assigning the government to present an integrated vision for the advancement of the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
- Assigning the government to announce a clear plan to be adhered to reduce the public debt as a percentage of national income.
- Assigning the government the task of announcing a program for private sector participation in state-owned assets with a four-year target of $10 billion.
- Assigning the government the undertaking of beginning to offer stakes in state-owned companies on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
- Assigning the government the mission of listing companies owned by the armed forces on the stock exchange by the end of the year.
- Completing the repayment of a number of debtors.
- Conducting a national dialogue with all political forces without exception or discrimination
