Lifestyle Committee
A healthy workplace is one of the most crucial elements. Hence, the Lifestyle committee headed by Adham Ashraf strives to position New Avenue as the destination for anyone looking for a happy and successful working place.
To achieve that, the committee aims to develop a plan to encourage and engage the staff, promote the ideal culture throughout the organization, improve the team’s mental and physical health, and resolve any current or potential workplace issues.
2. New Avenue Academy Committee
Because employees are the biggest asset, the Academy Committee headed by Mahmoud Ragai focuses greatly on increasing and nurturing the employees’ skills. It preps the sales team to take over the market and provides training to all New Avenue teams. This committee aims to give its employees the necessary training and skills to excel at their jobs, explore new opportunities, and acquire an added value and edge. Furthermore, New Avenue plans to focus on introducing training and development to the market as a new service.
3. Talent committee
The Talent Committee headed by Hossam El-Husseiny is responsible for the employer branding, pulling together all of the branding and communication aspects to increase the value of being a part of a firm. Hence, El- Husseiny has set an objective to attract fresh talents and gather a pool of CVs. In that, he expressed his aspirations to be unique in hiring real estate agents and to be branded well in the market in the long term.
