Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Planning and Controlling Manager in providing insightful and value adding analysis and recommendations that maximize the benefit of exposure to the whole Planning and Controlling
  • Supervise monthly analysis of general and administrative expenses against prior year and budget.
  • Support the validation of accounting transactions and the construction of monthly profit and loss statements for all business units.
  • Supervise annual accrual/provisions creation and monthly reconciliations with Accounting Team

Internal Control:

Conduct and perform the planning activities according to Mercedes-Benz Egypt compliance package which includes the following:

  • Procurements related controls regarding anti-bribery activities
  • Adherence to right routing policies
  • Bill of Authority following
  • Contract management process and legalizations
  • Provide explanations and business solutions to management to help mitigate the risks.
