During the recent celebration of Egyptian Women’s and Mother’s Day, President Sisi announced the creation of a new museum dedicated to preserving the heritage of Egyptian women.
From Hatshepsut and Cleopatra to Umm Kulthum and Huda Sha’arawi, this museum will honor the historical and present women who have shaped Egypt.
The National Council for Women has been tasked with constructing this cultural site in the New Administrative Capital.
