Job title: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets for their assigned market(s) in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.
- Review quotation request from customers in assigned market(s) and clarify customer specifications and liaise with sales support teams to complete timely quotations to customer
- Apply sales strategy; profit margins and commercial terms through contract/ agreement negotiation with customer.
- Secure amount and type of orders from assigned market(s) to meet sales budget and needs of the business.
- Contact new and potential customers and maintain good relation with existing customer.
- Identify customers’ needs and give formal and informal presentations.
- Prepares various sales reports and sales activity reports.
- Respond to customer requests and stay current in the knowledge of the full range of company products and services and creates enthusiasm for new product(s).
- Communicates closely with others departments (i.e. design engineering, contracts specialists, operations, etc.) regarding customer needs and inquiries.
- Provides feedback to the company on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues.
- Communicate and promote the company’s image and objectives externally.
- Provide and maintain timely, quality inputs to the quotation data system and customer management tools for assigned market(s).
- Report regularly and consistently with the Market Manager and Director of Sales on all quotation activity and status.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering ,MBA is preferred
- Years of Experience: 7-10 yrs. experience in this field
- Language: Arabic & English
- Computer skills: Microsoft office
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Financial aspects of tender components
- Solid knowledge of transformers
