Investigate, analyze, and develop automation based on the business/company’s requirements
Establishes/Monitors code version control through tools like SVN. Monitors control room and client services daily and notifies support team of any bot issues. Assists support team to monitor bot runs and resolve production issues. Monitors tickets assigned in the queue system and resolves in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications:
