Mountain View’s happy HQ paves the way for Heartwork, New Cairo’s upcoming Silicon Valley

As part of their leading by example strategy, Mountain View partnered with Delivering Happiness (DH) and integrated the science of happiness in its own headquarters and after proving a great success, they are launching Heartwork, the Silicon-Valley like business hub.

Aiming for its employees’ hearts, Heartwork, Egypt’s very first International Business Hub, uses the charms of design and architecture, by global partner CallisonRTKL to create an outstanding concept and appealing building designs that emit a joyful aura. The hub is located in Mountain View’s futuristic iCity East Cairo.

In an attempt to make this dream workplace at Mountain View come to life, DH, the culture coach-sulting company worked its magic to create a happier work environment and culture that helps businesses become more profitable, by optimizing productivity, maximizing profitability and retaining and attracting their best talent. While, real estate giant, Mountain View decided to face lift their headquarters before launching Heartwork, in order for them to immediately boost the working conditions for their employees.
