Currently, progress is being monitored on road construction spanning 4800 acres in the Sixth Settlement area of New Cairo City.
According to Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, the southern extension of New Cairo City, situated south of the Ain Sokhna/Katameya Road, will significantly boost development rates and create numerous job opportunities.
He emphasized that the area has been meticulously planned to accommodate a diverse range of activities, including residential, commercial, tourism, and entertainment ventures.
