IWAN Developments has announced the signing of a significant contract with the International Engineering Systems (IES) to accelerate construction work on its “The Axis” project in 6th of October City. Valued at EGP 320 million, this agreement will see IES complete the first phase of the development while kicking off work on the second. This strategic move reflects IWAN’s dedication to advancing the project while keeping pace with market demand.
“The Axis” is one of IWAN’s flagship projects, positioned in a prime location near the 26th of July Corridor and Desert Road. With its blend of residential and commercial spaces, the development has already attracted significant interest from potential buyers since its initial launch.
