The Youth Summit 2025, the region’s first-of-its-kind platform designed specifically for Generation Z (ages 18–27), will take place on 19–20 September 2025 at the American University in Cairo (AUC).
Building on the success of last year’s summit—with over 2,000 attendees, 50+ speakers,
and 10 million social media impressions—this year’s edition doubles in scale, forecasting
100+ speakers and 50+ talks, amplifying its mission to empower youth with opportunities,
mentorship, and inspiration.
Theme: The Leap
Under the theme “The Leap,” this year’s summit is a call to action for young people to
embrace change, take risks, and transform their ambitions into reality. The program will
blend talks, cross-generational panels, debates, hands-on workshops, startup competitions,
and mentorship opportunities—all curated to reflect the real aspirations of today’s youth.

The agenda is built around the four topics Gen Z values most:
● Career Development & Jobs – navigating new career paths, salary negotiations, and
essential future skills.
● Financial Freedom & Personal Finance – from side hustles to long-term wealth
building.
● Mental Health & Personal Development – resilience, purpose-driven growth, and
redefining success.
● Entrepreneurship & Innovation – startups, AI, investment strategies, and scaling
ideas.

Competitions & Opportunities
● Pitch Your Startup: In collaboration with Plug & Play, young founders (18–27) will
pitch live on stage for a chance to win EGP 500,000 in cash, mentorship from
industry leaders, and exposure to investors.
● Mentorship Program: 10–20 selected participants will engage in exclusive
one-on-one mentorship sessions with high-profile figures, gaining career guidance
and professional insights.
Innovative Experiences
Beyond talks, the summit will feature immersive experiences including AR/VR activations,
interactive brand studios, live podcasting, and curated culinary zones. Attendees can also
explore the Next Gen Space, an interactive hub designed to connect them with brands,
platforms, and technologies shaping the future.
