According to Dubizzle Property, the biggest and most popular real estate platform in the Gulf, Egyptians and Jordanians are among the top Arab nationalities showing interest in purchasing property in the UAE.
Between the months of January and September, Dubbizle Property studied the nationalities that showed the most interest for real estate in the UAE. Results showed that Egyptians and Jordanians account for 10% of property seekers during that period.
It was recently calculated by the Dubai Land Department, that Egyptians made 719 transactions by 623 investors, amounting close to EGP 5 billion.
Indian nationals make up around 22% in real estate interest rates, followed by Pakistanis which make up 14% of the visits, Egyptians which make up 6%, and Jordanians and UK nationals which make up 4%.
The UAE government’s decision to permit 10-year UAE resident visas as well as the reduction of government fees for investors, has encouraged more investments in the country.
